• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or republish Swell data without permission.
• Do not upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on others.

Swell, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Swell or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Swell a license to host, store, and display that content to operate the service.
